Thanks to the properties of its components Nevranil has a neuroprotective action and favors the reduction of neuropathic pain. Particularly useful in improving the symptoms related to peripheral nerve problems such as carpal tunnel, sciatica, etc.

Properties of the components:

• L-acetyl Carnitine: L-acetyl carnitine synthesized in the mitochondria facilitates the entry of Acetyl-CoA into the mitochondria during the energetic oxidation of fats and increases the production of acetylcholine.
• Lipoic acid: contains sulfur and it is one of the major antioxidants and regenerating of the same antioxidants as glutathione, vitamin C and vit. E. It is highly absorbable through the cell membrane; it is both fat-soluble and water-soluble, therefore it carries out its antioxidant action inside and outside the cell
• Carnosine: dipeptide obtained from the condensation reaction between beta-alanine and L-histidine. It has antioxidant, anti-aging and anti-glycation properties.
• Vitamins B: essential for the growth and regeneration of the nervous system, they perform an analgesic action. Deficiencies of these vitamins are related to neuropathies and accumulation of the amyloid beta protein that deteriorates the nervous system
