How to place an order

To place an order choose the products you wish to purchase and click on the "add to cart" button or the corresponding icon on each product.

When you have completed your choice, proceed to the order closing phase (checkout) choosing the shipping address and the type of payment desired.

At this stage you can always change the quantity of items you wish to purchase.

We remind you that in order to place an order it is not necessary to be a registered user!

Availability of products

The products that you find on our site with the indication "add to cart" can be ordered and already available in our warehouse.

If the product you want is not available for purchase, you may see one of the following entries:

• ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE PURCHASE: this means that the product is currently out of stock in our warehouse, so please contact us to check availability at the point of sale.

• COMING SOON: this is a new product, not yet available for purchase. We recommend you subscribe to our newsletter to keep up to date with our news.

• ITEM OUTSIDE AND OUT OF PRODUCTION: this is a finished product that will no longer be repeated in the future. In this case we are sorry for the inconvenience!

We remind you that our Customer Care will advise you with professionalism a possible altrenativa to any products no longer available.

Cancel or change an order

After making a purchase and completing the payment, you will not be able to make changes or cancel the order itself.
If you have an afterthought, after completing the payment, we advise you to assert your right of withdrawal not as soon as you have received the products from the courier company.
