ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)/ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ODR)

We remind you that if you are a consumer and you have filed a complaint concerning a contract concluded with Erboristeria Verdi Rimedi through this site, but it has not been possible to resolve the dispute, Erboristeria Verdi Rimedi will provide you with information about to the body or to the bodies of Alternative Dispute Resolution for the out-of-court resolution of disputes (cc.dd. ADR bodies, as indicated in articles 141-bis and subsequent of the Consumer Code), specifying whether or not it uses such bodies to resolve the dispute itself.

We also remind you that a European platform for the online resolution of consumer disputes has been established (eg ODR platform). The ODR platform can be consulted at the following address http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/; through the ODR platform you can consult the list of ADR bodies, find the link to the site of each of them and start an online resolution procedure of the dispute in which you are involved.

Finally, according to the art. 49 c. 1 lett. v of the Consumer Code, if you intend to resolve a dispute arising from the merchant, you can use the Joint Conciliation procedure. The procedure can be started if, after submitting a complaint to Erboristeria Verdi Remedies, within 45 days, you have not received a reply or you have received an answer that you do not consider satisfactory. In any case, whatever the outcome of the out-of-court settlement procedure of the dispute, your rights to refer to the ordinary judge are reserved, and if the conditions are met, to promote an out-of-court resolution of disputes relating to of consumption through the procedures set out in Part V, Title II-bis Consumer Code.
