VitaCalm®Good Relax is a dietary supplement based on titrated and standardized plant extracts of Passionflower, Melissa, Linden, and Valerian: plants of the herbal tradition known for their ability to promote relaxation.
Taken during the day, VitaCalm®Good Relax helps to alleviate the tensions of the day and promotes relaxation for adults, the elderly, and children from the age of 3. In the evening, before bed, VitaCalm®Good Relax can be added to water or other liquids and can be used to encourage peaceful sleep.
Children from 3 years: 20 drops per day.
Teens from 12 years:40 drops per day.
Adults: 60 drops per day.
Dilute in a small amount of water, herbal tea, or other liquids. Shake before use.
