Borage oil is used for its relevant content in gamma-linoleic acid, a polyunsaturated fatty acid which in nature is found only in breast milk, as well as in Borragine oil , in Oenothera oil and in smaller quantities in Blackcurrant oil.
Borage oil as a food supplement can help the physiological tissue trophism and of the leather.
We recommend taking 1 or 2 capsules a day to be swallowed with a sip of water.
