Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (150 ml).

Alginic Acid: It is a polymer extracted from algae, which forms a viscous gel upon contact with liquids.

Guar Gum: Extracted from the seeds of the eponymous plant, it is a dietary fiber containing mainly galactomannans (polysaccharides), which form a viscous gel upon contact with water.

Lemon Balm: The parts used are mainly the leaves, but also the flowers and stems. It is rich in rosmarinic acid and is useful for its digestive action and for reducing intestinal gas.

Caraway: The fruits have a pungent flavor similar to anise and an aroma derived from the essential oils contained in them. It promotes the regular flow of gastric juices, as well as regular intestinal motility and digestive function.

Calendula: A plant with multiple uses: ornamental, culinary (the flowers are edible), and phytotherapeutic. It promotes normal digestive system functionality.
