It is an essential oil obtained from a plant widespread in Australia and New Zealand, Leptospermum scoparium, of the Myrtaceae family, known in the Maori language as 'Manuka'.
This precious oil contains more than 100 active components, mainly terpenic in nature.
Many studies have analysed the potential benefits of this essential oil: in vitro studies have shown that Manuka essential oil is able to exert an antibacterial action (broad spectrum), an antifungal action against certain species (e.g. Candida albicans), an antiviral action (e.g. on Herpes simplex).
MANUKA natural cream can be used to treat skin affections such as acne, eczema, itchy irritations and insect bites. It is also effective thanks to the presence of two other components: Tea Tree essential oil, also native to Australia and known for centuries for its antimicrobial and purifying properties, and aromatic Thyme water, known for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.
Spread and massage the cream until completely absorbed as often as needed.
Aloe vera leaf juice, Thymus vulgaris leaf water [Thymus vulgaris (thyme) leaf water], ethylhexyl palmitate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, Butyrospermum parkii butter [Butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter], glycerin, glyceryl stearate citrate, Melaleuca alternifolia oil, cetearyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, Vitis vinifera seed oil [Vitis vinifera (grape) seed oil], Leptospermum scoparium branch/leaf oil, benzyl alcohol, phenoxyethanol, Simmondsia chinensis oil [Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil], tocopheryl acetate, xanthan gum, ethylhexylglycerin, limonene (lemon), lecithin, sodium hydroxide, tocopherol, linalool, ascorbyl palmitate, citric acid, aqua (water).
External use. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use the product if allergic to any of the ingredients.
Store in a cool and dry place. Validity after opening: 6 months.
