Psyllium fibre is extremely useful in aiding regularity of intestinal transit, due to its osmotic effect it draws water by increasing the volume and improving the consistency of stools.
It has a soothing action on the digestive system and is able to modulate the absorption of lipids and carbohydrates. Psyllium fibre has a prebiotic effect, which is useful for the balance of the bacterial flora.
Regular Lax contains 33 billion per packet of Bacillus coagulans, a probiotic that helps maintain the balance of intestinal bacterial flora.

Take 4.5 g (equal to one scoop contained in the pack) one to two times daily.
To promote intestinal transit, take preferably in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before going to bed.
For activity on nutrient absorption, take half an hour before meals.
Pour the product into a glass of non-carbonated water or fruit juice (approx. 200 ml), stir for a few seconds and drink immediately. Do not store the product after mixing.
Store at room temperature, avoid exposure to sunlight and contact with water. After opening the container, store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate and do not freeze.
The consumption date refers to the product correctly stored in unopened packaging.
