Withdraw from contract

If you bought as a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. On this page you do it in three steps and immediately receive a confirmation by email.

Enter the order number and the email address you used for the purchase (you can find them in the order confirmation email).
