• High amount of*Lactase (15,000 FCC ALU per tablet), which improves lactose digestion in individuals who have difficulty digesting it.
• Complementary action at the gastrointestinal level: supports digestive function, eliminates gas, and regulates intestinal motility (Fennel and Caraway).
• Gastro-resistant tablets – The gastro-resistance protects the Lactase from the acidic environment of the stomach to reach the intestine, where they perform their function.
The recommended intake is 1-2 tablets per day, approximately 30 minutes before a meal, in relation to both the amount of lactose consumed and the individual's difficulty in digesting it.
For initial doses, it is advised to start with 2 tablets of LACTASE 15,000 and evaluate the benefits. Subsequently, it is possible to reduce to 1 tablet, based on positive experience or the amount of lactose present in the meal.
Lactase: It is an enzyme that splits the lactose molecule into the two simple sugars that compose it (fructose and galactose), so that they can be absorbed. Its supplementation is useful for individuals who poorly digest lactose.
Fennel: Its fruits are used to regulate gastrointestinal motility and promote the elimination of gas.
Caraway: A plant whose fruits support digestive function as well as regulate gastrointestinal motility and eliminate gas.
