Ginger: It is an herbaceous plant with a fleshy and branched rhizome. Known for its properties in combating nausea, it also promotes digestive function and eliminates gas in the abdominal area.
Chamomile:It is an herbaceous plant known for its digestive properties, which also promotes regular gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gas. It has a soothing and emollient action on the digestive system, and helps in treating minor gastrointestinal spasms.
Vitamin B6:Among the numerous B vitamins that perform different functions in the body, B6 is useful for contributing to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
