Candinorm® lavender is a medical device for vaginal use that, thanks to the synergistic action of substances of plant origin such as Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-14, Bioecolians® prebiotic fiber based on GOS, essential oil of Lavender, with Caprilico acid and lactic acid, favors the rebalancing of vaginal microflora.
It performs a rebalancing and restoring action for a delicate relief.
Candinorm® lavender has a minimum amount of liquid (10ml), a optimal density that makes it able to adhere to the vaginal mucosa . The components are contained in a protective envelope until use (stick pack). With physiological pH, it does not contain any added dyes or fragrances.
The components create an environment that can:
- to favor the development of the vaginal microbiota that protects and prevents bacterial and fungal uro-genital disorders often associated with itching, burning and leakage
- restore the vaginal pH to physiological values (between 3.5 and 4.2)

The vaginal bacterial microflora represents a fundamental and primary natural barrier able to protect genitourinary health and prevent infections due to pathogenic bacteria (causes of diseases) .
This natural barrier may lose effectiveness when the pH is altered.
The presence of pain, itching, irritation, redness, vaginal discharge may be the signal of a alteration of the vaginal bacterial microflora.
- Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-14 promotes the development of the vaginal microbiota that protects and prevents bacterial and fungal uro-genital disorders often associated with itching, burning and leakage.
- The water-soluble fiber of GOS Bioecolians®, with prebiotic activity, favors the restoration and rebalancing of the vaginal microbial ecosystem.
- The essential oil of Lavandula angustifolia contrasts the growth of pathogenic microorganisms responsible for vaginosis and vulvo-vaginitis such as Candida albicans, Gardnerella vaginalis, Streptococcus B (agalatiae), E.coli.
- Caprilico acid and lactic acid contribute to the restoration of a physiological vaginal pH (between 3.5 and 4.2) and counteract the growth of pathogenic micro-organisms responsible for vulvo-vaginitis ( Candida), bacterial vaginosis and urinary tract infections.
Stick pack: Lactobacillus LA-14, GOS (gluco-oligosaccharides), fructooligosaccharides, carrageenins, silicon dioxide. 10 ml bottle: O.e. of Lavandula angustifolia M., Lactic acid, glyceryl-4-caprate, potassium sorbate, polysorbate 80, purified water. Does not contain dyes or fragrance.
In case of inflammation: 1 lavender in the evening or in the morning for 4 days and continue with 1 per week for the following 4 weeks, unless otherwise prescribed or indicated by a doctor. In case of occasional or periodic use: 1 lavender in the evening or in the morning.
Can also be used during pregnancy.
