Eco Nature coconut oil is obtained from the dried pulp of freshly picked coconut in the controlled organic plantations of Sri Lanka. It is a seasoning without added salt that preserves all the characteristic aroma of fresh coconut. Indicated as an alternative to butter, it is completely vegetable and certified by the Vegetarian Association. At temperatures below 23 degrees it is solid and very resistant to high temperatures. Thanks to its composition in saturated fatty acids, it does not oxidize easily and this makes it suitable for frying, for preparing hot dishes and for baking desserts.
