Brewer's yeast is a nourishment of high biological value, useful to enrich the baby's diet, as well as the adult and the elderly. It is endowed with a high protein content and there are almost all vitamins, especially those of the B complex, along with enzymes, hormones, trace elements.
For a correct use of food it is recommended to take 2 g of Brewer's yeast equal to 4 tablets of 500 mg in the morning during breakfast, as it is or mixed with food. It can be repeated several times a day.
